Changelog
Embrace Flutter SDK changelog
This affects your Flutter app's iOS build only; Android is unchanged. Your iOS build gets the Embrace Apple SDK through CocoaPods, and CocoaPods trunk stops accepting new Podspecs on December 2, 2026. Existing builds keep resolving, but after that date new Embrace iOS versions and fixes are only available through Swift Package Manager, so plan your move before then. Full schedule and migration steps.
Swift Package Manager support was added in 4.9.0. Unlike the Embrace Apple SDK, there's no separate CocoaPods-only or Swift-Package-Manager-only Embrace Flutter SDK release — every version from 4.9.0 onward ships both, and Flutter automatically resolves whichever one your project uses, so no action is needed on your part. Once the Embrace Apple SDK's final CocoaPods release ships, future Embrace Flutter SDK versions will only be able to advance their Swift Package Manager dependency; projects still on CocoaPods will stay on the last Embrace Apple SDK version published to CocoaPods trunk. See Install the SDK for setup details.
