We’re creating the next generation of mobile app telemetry, collaborating with the community so that any mobile engineer can deeply understand mobile user experiences. Sound like something you’re interested in? Check out our open source repos, ask a question, or submit feedback.
Open sourcing Embrace’s mobile observability SDKs provides transparency around the technology we’re working on. Open, portable, and extendable instrumentation with detailed context into mobile user experiences is central to our philosophy of raising the floor for mobile app instrumentation, so we all get access to better telemetry.
Data collected by our SDKs is exportable via OpenTelemetry, so customers can collect, process, and export critical mobile data like metrics, logs, and traces in a way that’s compatible with many other tools, thereby avoiding observability vendor lock-in. Ultimately, this gives engineers the flexibility and peace-of-mind to do what they want with their data.
By providing transparent and portable data collection in an open, vendor-neutral way, Embrace is committed to making it easier than ever to leverage our unique approach to understanding mobile user experiences.
We’re doing this by adopting the OpenTelemetry standard for all of our SDKs moving forward. Our SDKs are fully OpenTelemetry compatible, including for data export, but are crafted by and for developers building in Swift, Kotlin, Dart, React Native and C#.
Embrace’s mobile performance monitoring SDKs are fully enterprise supported and fit into companies’ complex data ecosystems, adding in the missing pieces of mobile context for true end-to-end visibility.
As a trusted solution for top-ranking mobile apps, Embrace helps engineers incorporate issue and opportunity discovery into their everyday workflow so they can build the best mobile user experiences possible.
Mobile leaders like Cameo, Discover, GOAT, Hatch, Ibotta, Marriott, The New York Times, Warby Parker, Wildlife Games, Yahoo!, Yum! Brands (Taco Bell) and Zynga rely on Embrace to proactively address user-impacting issues and continuously deliver the best app experiences.
