Our industry is one that is rapidly evolving, and making customers successful in the sales and post-sales process takes authenticity, problem empathy, problem solving, and technical aptitude across our GTM organization. So we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve brought on the next leader for that revenue organization in Jason Robinson, who has joined Embrace as our Chief Revenue Officer.
Jason brings more than 20 years of experience leading revenue strategy and growth for high-performing SaaS companies, with deep domain expertise in observability, developer operations, cloud infrastructure, and data intelligence. He was most recently SVP of Global Revenue at Honeycomb and has held revenue leadership roles at Collibra and Gartner, among others.
At Embrace, Jason will lead our global sales, partnerships, and customer success organizations. His mission is to continue to scale our go-to-market strategy and help even more companies harness the power of user-focused observability to drive real business outcomes.
“Embrace’s user-focused observability, powered by OpenTelemetry, is the modern approach digital leaders need to deliver exceptional user experiences,” said Jason. “We’re aligned with where the market is headed, putting user impact at the center of engineering visibility. Embrace gives teams the clarity they need to delight users, ship with confidence, reduce churn, and drive real business growth. I’m excited to scale that impact for our customers, our partners, and our teams.”
Jason’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Embrace. With the recent launch of our Web Real User Monitoring (RUM) product, we have expanded our mobile-first roots to a cross-platform solution that spans mobile and web, all powered by OpenTelemetry. Embrace also plays a critical role in the broader observability ecosystem by helping DevOps/SRE teams make sense of frontend data in their backend observability platforms of choice. As the only user-focused observability platform built on the OTel standard, we help engineering and reliability teams understand the true end-to-end experience of every user, on any screen.
Our customers, including Grailed, Hyatt, MasterClass, The New York Times, Pinterest, and Wondery, rely on Embrace to ensure their user experiences are fast, reliable, and seamless. By capturing complete user sessions and surfacing critical performance insights, Embrace enables teams to go beyond generic telemetry data to hone in on performance. They can quickly identify the regressions and reliability issues that matter most to users and that directly impact engagement, retention, and revenue.
We have a bold vision to redefine observability around end-users, and Jason is the revenue leader to make this vision a reality for Embrace and our customers. As we expand our platform and push the industry forward, Jason’s expertise in scaling revenue and translating product value into customer success will be critical.
Jason’s track record of aligning technical value with business impact makes him an ideal leader to guide this next phase of growth. His expertise will help us deepen relationships with customers, expand our ecosystem partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of user-focused observability across industries.
We’re excited for what’s ahead with Jason on board. Welcome to the team!
